By downloading, installing, or using the Lapse application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Use of the Site and App
You agree to use our website and software only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the Lapse software binary, or to distribute license keys to third parties.
2. Purchases and Refunds
Lapse offers digital licenses. We provide a 7-day fully functional free trial to evaluate the software before purchasing. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis through our checkout merchant (Gumroad) and support channel.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lapse or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the software.
