End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using the Lapse application ("Software").
1. License Grant
Achuth Hadnoor (uiuxdx) grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal or internal business operations in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Pro Premium Seats
Each Pro Premium license is valid for use by a single user on up to two (2) personal macOS/Windows devices. Custom Team seats are licensed per user seat and must be allocated to distinct individuals. Sharing license keys outside the permitted scope is strictly prohibited and may result in license termination.
3. Intellectual Property
The Software and all copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property rights therein are, and shall remain, the sole property of Achuth Hadnoor.
4. Privacy and Offline Execution
Lapse is designed to run 100% offline. No screen recordings, images, or session frames are transmitted over the network or stored on our servers. All processing and rendering is performed entirely on your local machine.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the author be liable for any claims, damages, or other liability arising out of or in connection with the Software.
